I am passionate about people development and love to see individuals excelling at and enjoying their work.

I've been fortunate to receive formal coaching myself and the experience changed my outlook, approach and motivation. Having someone unlock potential I didn't know I had was really impactful.

Over time I realised that I wanted to be able to provide that experience for others. I am a qualified executive coach with a practitioner diploma in executive coaching and accreditation from the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC).

My Career History
My background is in professional services. I have experience in both client-facing and operational roles with a focus on people and strategy. I’ve worked in Resourcing (people deployment and workforce planning), Student Recruitment, Audit and Transaction Services with a variety of roles within each of these areas.
Throughout my career my passion has been people and I've line managed, performance managed, mentored, trained and developed individuals. I've led assessment processes, secondment and mentoring programmes and change and communications strategies. My experience provides me, as a coach, with a sound understanding of a range of different business environments, contexts and scenarios.
