I am passionate about people development and love to see individuals excelling at and enjoying their work.
I've been fortunate to receive formal coaching myself and the experience changed my outlook, approach and motivation. Having someone unlock potential I didn't know I had was really impactful.
Over time I realised that I wanted to be able to provide that experience for others. In early 2023 I took the leap, retrained and set up my own coaching business. I’ve helped many people with a wide range of challenges since then. I love that every person I coach and every coaching conversation is different!

My Career History
My background is in professional services, focusing on people and strategy in both client-facing and operational roles.
I began my working life qualifying as a chartered accountant and auditing property and infrastructure clients. I was later drawn to the people-side of the business where I led teams and transformation initiatives in Resourcing (people deployment and workforce planning) and Student Recruitment.
Throughout my career my passion has been people. I enjoyed line management, performance management, mentoring, training and developing individuals. I've led firm-wide secondment and mentoring programmes as well as change and communications strategies.
My experience provides me, as a coach, with a sound understanding of a range of different business environments, contexts and scenarios.
