Appropriate for focusing on a single goal or challenge in a one-off session
Useful for ad hoc coaching needs

Bundle of 6 sessions

Opportunity to benefit from coaching across a longer period of time to focus on lasting change
Includes mid-point review form
Includes extended session 6: additional 30 minutes for reflection on overall themes
Please note that if you buy a bundle, all sessions must be taken within a year from purchase

Most clients have coaching sessions every 2-6 weeks, but those timings are flexible.

All coaching sessions will take place online via zoom unless otherwise agreed upfront.

All fees are payable in advance.

Executive coaching provides you with an opportunity to spend time reflecting on what is most important to you. It is a purposeful conversation which enables you to think, explore and reach your own solutions. By setting clear aspirations and goals the coaching process enables you to remove barriers and enact change.

As a coach I bring empathy and intuition and am able to understand different perspectives in a non-judgemental way. I enjoy working collaboratively in the co-creation of the coaching space. I bring structure and process while also being flexible to changes in needs and aspirations. I add calm and warmth and allow space to think and learn. Through powerful questions and a balance of challenge and support I will help to navigate with you through the coaching experience to achieve your goals.
